Problem Diagnosis (estimated 1-2 working days turnaround):

• New Customers: £10 Per Laptop/PC
  (Payable up-front on drop-off of equipment. Refunded if a repair is possible and accepted.)
• Previous Customers: £FREE
  (Subject to fair usage terms.)

Software Problems (estimated 1-2 working days turnaround):

• Virus/Spyware/Adware/Rootkit removal attempts: £10
  (If removal is unsuccessful then there won't be a charge for it. A reinstallation of the Operating System will be recommended - see next two services.)
• Reinstallation of Operating System: £20
  (Includes installation of drivers, system-specific utilities, full updates & hotfixes till present, and essential applications and utilities recommended by AnyPcFixed that are safe.)
• Reinstallation of Operating System Plus Data Recovery/Migration: - £30
  (Same as above, with the additional service of having your personal data recovered from your previous damaged Operating System installation. This excludes applications.)

Hardware Problems (variable - between 1-5 working days turnaround):

Due to costs of hardware and spare parts fluctuating all the time, our prices for hardware repairs are always changing. With certain laptop spares there may be availability issues as well that may affect pricing at the time.

We aim to keep the labour costs as low as possible for your benefit. We'd also like to note that aside from our competitors we take stabilty of hardware very seriously, and if possible we will run specific tests (error-tests, stress tests, surface scans, heat tests, etc.) to make sure that any installed hardware is stable and error-free. This may reflect in the price slightly due to extra time, but will ensure that you will have a completely stable system tested to an enthusiast level. After all, having to pay a competitor cheaply to repair something twice defeats the objective of keeping your costs low, as well as creating extra hassle!
