We offer a comprehensive fault diagnosis service. This service is FREE for all of our existing customers and customers referred to us.
Computers are a combination of electronic and mechanical components, that endure a lot of stress from daily usage.
Whether it’s from the electricity coursing through the internal components, or from our own physical interactions with them, things can go wrong for many reasons.
Some faults are clear-cut to diagnose. For example, a cosmetic fault such as a broken screen on a laptop, broken and missing keys from a laptop keyboard, a broken USB or power socket. You can clearly see the damage and what needs to be replaced or repaired.
Some faults, however, could have several possible causes. For example, if you have a computer running slower than normal, this could be a hardware or software issue at source. A slow-running computer could have a problematic hard disk drive. Or, there may be some malware slowing down the operating system severely.
This is where our fault diagnosis service will be required – to get to the bottom of the problem.
