- Support provided if you suffer an internet outage (an on-site callout may be required depending on the seriousness of the issue).
- Setting and maintaining a stable configuration to ensure reliable operation of your router, switches, and other networking hardware to minimise internet outages and
network issues. - Proactive network hardening implemented to seal potential security gaps and exploits.
- Remote monitoring of router and switches.
- Maintain firmware updates when necessary, mainly for bug fixes and security fixes to networking hardware. In our current era of heightened cyber threats, this has
become more important than ever.
- Temporary loan equipment will be provided, subject to availability, to minimise downtime during a serious hardware crisis.
- Advice, implementation, and maintenance of a contingency plan (additional hardware costs may apply).
